熱水浸熱 Soaking in Hot Water

1. 先解凍雞胸
2. 煲滾水後熄火/ 直接取用飲水機熱水
3. 直接將真空包(不需拆封)放入熱水中
4. 熱水溫度約90~100℃
建議浸熱時間:100g ~ 2-3分鐘; 200g ~ 4-5分鐘

* Put whole sealed bag into hot water after thawing
* 100g takes 2-3 mins, 200g takes 4-5 mins

2. 煲滾水後熄火/ 直接取用飲水機熱水
3. 直接將真空包(不需拆封)放入熱水中
4. 熱水溫度約90~100℃
建議浸熱時間:
100g ~ 2-3分鐘; 
200g ~ 4-5分鐘

微波爐加熱 Microwave

1. 先解凍雞胸
2. 剪開真空包一角/倒入可微波容器內,放入微波爐中
3. 微波爐設至500W
建議加熱時間:100g ~30秒; 200g ~1分鐘* Cut a small hole of packing and microwave it after thawing
* 100g takes 30sec, 200g takes 1 mins

2. 中火預熱平鍋加少量油後轉細火
3. 打開真空包及放進平鍋上細火加熱至兩邊金黃色即可
