熱水浸熱 Soaking in Hot Water
1. 先解凍雞胸
2. 煲滾水後熄火/ 直接取用飲水機熱水
3. 直接將真空包(不需拆封)放入熱水中
4. 熱水溫度約90~100℃
建議浸熱時間:100g ~ 2-3分鐘; 200g ~ 4-5分鐘
* Put whole sealed bag into hot water after thawing
* 100g takes 2-3 mins, 200g takes 4-5 mins
